Our Commitment
Zexpy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and content removal requests. All content on Zexpy is either user-uploaded or aggregated from publicly accessible sources with attribution.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Zexpy infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- URL(s) of the infringing material on Zexpy that you want removed
- Your contact information: Full name, email address, and phone number
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to process all valid DMCA requests within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Non-Copyright Content Removal
If you appear in content on Zexpy and want it removed (regardless of copyright ownership), you do not need to file a DMCA notice. Simply email us at [email protected] with:
- The URL(s) of the content you want removed
- A brief explanation of why you want it removed
- Proof of identity (optional, but helps expedite the process)
We take all removal requests seriously and typically respond within 24 hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with:
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Identification of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court
- Your signature
Repeat Infringers
Zexpy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers. We track and act on patterns of infringement in accordance with the DMCA.

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Before filing, please consider whether the content falls under fair use or other copyright exceptions.
